Visas

You may need a visa to travel to Nairobi for the conference depending on Kenya’s requirements for citizens/travelers from your country. You can find more information on visa and your eligibility for an E-Visa or visa on arrival HERE.

You may also call or visit the Kenyan Embassy or Consulate nearest you for more information on how to secure a visa before your travel date. You may email info@incontd.org to request for an official invitation letter to facilitate your visa application process should you require one.

Flights

The best way to get to Nairobi from outside of Kenya is via flights coming into the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA). JKIA is served by several major international airlines around the world. We encourage you to book your flights early in order to secure good travel deals. Regarding airport-hotel transfers, we recommend you arrange directly your chosen hotel. A return trip (airport-hotel-airport) should cost the equivalent of approximately 50 USD. Online app-based ride hailing services such as Uber, Bolt and Little are available in Nairobi.
